RESUME OF INCIDENT:
On 11/11/2017 at approximately 9:47 PM the El Cajon Police Department received numerous calls of loud noises in the area of 1500 E Washington Ave, El Cajon. Officers arrived and discovered one male who appeared to have multiple gunshot wounds. That victim was transported to the hospital by medics from Heartland Fire with life threatening injuries. Officers also discovered a two vehicle traffic collision in the same area. Multiple subjects fled from the collision.
