On 06/02/2018 at approximately 1:19 PM the El Cajon Police Department received calls of a Vehicle vs. Pedestrian collision in the area of E. Madison and N. First in the City of El Cajon. Through investigation and witness interviews it was determined that the collision was a deliberate act.
