Customers enrolling in AutoPay will enjoy the convenience of having the amount due on their bill automatically deducted from their checking account.  It may take several billing cycles for AutoPay to become effective.  IMPORTANT:  Continue to pay your sewer bill by the due date until your bill remittance states "Do Not Pay - AutoPay".  Please note that depending on your financial institution, your payment may take 2-5 business days from the due date of your bill to be deducted from your checking account.


You must register for online access to your sewer account in order to enroll for AutoPay online.  If you have difficulty registering for your sewer account, please contact Sewer Customer Service during business hours.


Complete the Sewer Billing Automatic Payment Service Application, attach a voided check for the bank account where payment will be deducted, sign, and mail to the address indicated on the form.


Bring in a voided check for the bank account where the payment will be deducted.  You can complete, sign, and submit the Automatic Payment application at El Cajon City Hall, Finance Department, 200 Civic Center Way, Fifth Floor, El Cajon, CA  92020.
