    Just after the holiday season, Waste Management provides tree recycling service. After the holiday pickup schedule, refer to the bulk item pickup information. 
  • Is there a way to pay my WM bill online?

    WM makes paying your bill online easy via the ezPay system. Set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment.
  • What can I do about my neighbors' bad trash habits?

    If they leave their trash carts on the street past collection day, set them out too early or let trash accumulate for weeks, call the City at (619) 441-1658 to report the problem.

  • Where can I dispose of my electronic waste (e-waste)?

    TVs and computer monitors are now being accepted as bulk items, or can be dropped off at the Waste Management Recycling Center at 925 O'Conner St., El Cajon, for disposal at no charge. For details click here.

  • Who do I call to complain about my trash service?

    Call Waste Management at (619) 596-5100. If your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, call the City of El Cajon at (619) 441-1658.
