In December of 2019, the company the city contracted with for sewer billing and customer service, which was called Fathom, unexpectedly went out of business. On Fathom, customers were able to login to their customer portal, view their balance, transaction history, pay their bills, set up auto-payment options, and much more.

Since this company is no longer in service, many of those features are not available anymore. We are working hard to bring these features back as quickly as possible.
